The 16th issue of Populated Hexes Monthly voyages south, to the Silver Sea, and explores the Crescent Isle, inhabited by, among others, a giant crocodile which has taken up residence in a sunken ship.
 
This issue is the first in a series of three that will be expanding seafaring and naval rules. PHM 16 offers a broad overview of watergoing vessels, creates stat blocks to use for ships, and has rules for customizing vessels with armaments, extra cargo, additional sails, and more.
