Populated Hexes Monthly Issue 21 remains in the Thalassocracy of Terbur but moves inland, to the Zaric desert that separates it from the rest of Absalom. It features an ancient manor, just recently uncovered by the shifting sands of the desert, as well rules for adding prestige classes to OSR-style games.
