Post-Apocalyptic 5e

Used, Softcover, VG Condition

Post-Apocalyptic 5e is a genres 5e sourcebook translating 5e mechanics into a post-apocalyptic setting like that of Mad Max, Fallout, or Borderlands. The book comes with seven playable classes, including grit-based classes returning from Western 5e and WW2 5e, like the Doc, Scavenger, Heavy, and Warlord, as well as the Psion, who uses a psionics system in place of standard Vancian casting to distinguish them from your standard Wizard, and the Face, who gets access to a suite of skill tricks that give them new things to do with their skills and bonuses for getting expertise.

Resource scarcity is a major theme of the post-apocalypse, and Post-Apocalyptic 5e comes with rules and advice for running a point-crawl in the wasteland, including how fuel consumption works for your party APC and how to use gasoline as currency, along with my usual seven pages of psuedo-scholarly essays about how government works in an apocalyptic situation and why the tropes of the post-apocalyptic genre are closer to how D&D works than actual medieval or classical history. The middle ages didn't have forbidden ruins full of monsters guarding wondrous treasures in them, they salvaged their Roman buildings into raw stone because that was easier than digging a new quarry, it's the radioactive ruins of Los Angeles that holds a fortune in pre-war fuel and firearms guarded by mutant acid-spitting ferrets.

Plus all the basic stuff you need to get a post-apocalyptic game going with nothing but this book and the SRD5.1, which means this book has NPC stat blocks, firearms, post-apoaclyptic armor so you know how much AC you get for wearing a pickup truck, and so on.
